Good protection but not a lot of room inside

I bought this because I’m planning to use the zoom l-8 for live gigs with my small acoustic band and I wanted something to protect the mixer (the mixer is a bit plasticy) and make it easier to transport.
The bag has what appears to be a good quality firm padding that will offer a lot of protection, a snug fit and a leatherette handle that feels good and comfortable.
The thing that prevents me from giving a five star review is that the fit is maybe a bit tight; it does feel like the knobs are being slightly crushed when the top is zipped up. Hopefully this will lessen as time goes on and the bag loosens up a bit. Also there’s a front pocket which again is so tight only the thinnest piece of paper could be stored there. The other issue is that there is no room for the power supply in the case. This probably won’t be an issue for those who plan to use it with a computer but I can’t see many in that situation needing a case or bag. I’m transporting the power supply in the case for my PA system.
On the positive side it is offering protection and makes it a lot easier to carry. Also when I’m at home using it as an audio interface I can leave it in the case and just open the lid - when it’s gig/rehearsal time I just zip it up and go - perfect! The shoulder strap allows me to carry it along with my whole PA (LD Maui 5) all in one journey from the car- great!
So in the light of a lack of alternatives, definitely recommended.
